Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Sports Hopping mobile app and this website, operated by Pipefin AB (Sweden). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
The service
Sports Hopping helps you discover sports venues, see upcoming fixtures, and track venues you've visited. Fixture and venue information is compiled from public sources and provided for personal, informational use — schedules change, and we don't guarantee accuracy or completeness. Always check with the venue or club before travelling.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials to yourself.
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, no illegal content or use.
- Don't misrepresent attendance data in ways designed to abuse leaderboards or badges.
Beta software
The app is under active development and may be offered through beta channels (TestFlight, Play internal testing). Features may change, break, or be removed, and data created during beta periods may be reset if technically necessary — we'll avoid that where we can.
Intellectual property
The app, website, and their content (excluding your own data) belong to Pipefin AB or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. Club and venue names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Pipefin AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, with the effective date updated above.
